CARL D. MONTE-Mr. Monte has over twenty years experience as a registered landscape architect. He worked in New York City for large multi-disciplinary firms gaining management knowledge of large corporate and public projects.
As lead project director he coordinated development plans for numerous parks and playgrounds, college campuses, country clubs, parking areas and garages, complex open spaces and plazas at luxury office buildings and waterfront developments.
Mr. Monte lived in Milan/ Genoa Italy working with an architecture firm designing urban plazas (piazzas) and shopping centers. He came back to NY and maintained an apartment in the city and a home in the Hudson Valley. Ten years ago he began this firm and has designed and monitored many large scale projects as well as over five hundred residential estates.
PAUL W. KUBARYCH- Mr. Kubarych has worked for numerous landscape architects and landscape consultants on multiple projects. He is a creative designer having comprehensive knowledge of architectural details and plant materials. Past experience has made him adept at interaction with municipal authorities, historic preservation and natural resource groups. He is responsible for project supervision, site design and cost estimating.
JORGE CUBAS-CASANA- Mr. Cubas-Casana is an experienced computer and graphics operator and is responsible for coordinating CADD work.
